Following an extensive career in culinary arts, Chef Ed Keneipp has returned to the Lowcountry to open Paradise Catering & Personal Chef Service. By embracing the Southern mentality that “hospitality is a way of life," Paradise Chef Service shares a love of pure tastes and passion for cooking with Charleston and the surrounding areas.

At Paradise Catering & Personal Chef Service, we strive to bring you the experience of a professionally trained chef on-site to prepare a meal for your next day out or special occasion. Using only the finest and freshest ingredients to prepare your meal, Chef Ed and his staff will deliver top-notch service to your home, boat or other local venue.

From intimate in-home gatherings, receptions, open-house and cooking classes to simply provisioning your beach house or villa while enjoying your vacation; if it involves food – Paradise Catering & Personal Chef Service has it covered.

All meals can be enhanced with specially selected wines, champagnes and after-dinner drinks if desired. Following an initial interview, Chef Ed will create a menu tailored to your unique tastes or dietary needs.
