Chef Ed was born in the American South where hospitality is a way of life. The kitchen table was the center of energy. Brought from that same table and the garden that supported it, a love of pure tastes and a desire to share them with other people was born.
After studying Culinary Arts at the New England Culinary Institute, Chef Ed traveled the globe exploring the classic kitchens of Greece, Spain, and the Caribbean Islands. This passion developed into a successful personal chef service that has served individuals for years.
Chef Ed's experience ranges from Chef of ACACIA, a famous world-renowned restaurant in Atlanta hosting the 1996 Summer Olympics, private cooking classes, provisioning, Villa Chef service, as well as dietary adjustments and nutrition counseling.
Nestled back along the shores of the Carolina coastline, Chef Ed brings the memories of his childhood settling along the beaches of Isle of Palms to his current clientele in the Lowcountry of Charleston. Along with an accomplished team of culinary experts, Chef Ed hopes to create a lasting, heartfelt event that will linger with you for a lifetime.
